You continuously\u00a0find\u00a0innovative solutions\u00a0to overcome obstacles and\u00a0exceed\u00a0sales\u00a0and operational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Definitive\u00a0leadership skills. You have the ability to\u00a0grow and\u00a0develop future leaders, holding the\u00a0team\u00a0accountable to their\u00a0maximum potential.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong\u00a0sales floor\u00a0coaching,\u00a0with a focus\u00a0on\u00a0performance. You build confidence in our team members to provide the best\u00a0customer experience\u00a0possible.<\/li>\n<li>Have an eye\u00a0for\u00a0detail in\u00a0visual\u00a0merchandising\u00a0and\u00a0stock management, including planning and executing\u00a0visual\u00a0updates,\u00a0product\u00a0placement\u00a0and\u00a0replenishment.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently execute responsibilities to meet expectations. You exhibit strength in accuracy, urgency, multi -tasking and time management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to\u00a0build a team of brand ambassadors, who are not afraid to showcase their\u00a0individuality.
