What you need to be a successful Team Leader with Thriftys:<\/p>\n
\u2022 1+ years’ experience in a customer service and\/ or retail environment and ready to increase your responsibility.
\n\u2022 Confident in delivering the best customer experience possible. You are a leading example for others to follow.
\n\u2022 Goal orientated \u2013 understands and is eager to achieve sales objectives.
\n\u2022 Support the Management team in holding the associates accountable to their maximum potential.
\n\u2022 Play a key role in building a team of fashion obsessed brand ambassadors, reflecting the Thriftys brand lifestyle.
\n\u2022 Must be eager to learn, demonstrate initiative, and ready to grow into an influential leader.<\/p>\n
