Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Acquisition & Digital Advertising Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution while overseeing customer retention efforts across our owned channels. This role is crucial in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through performance-driven digital campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and retention marketing.

As a data-driven digital marketing expert, you will develop and execute multi-channel paid media campaigns (including Paid Social, Display, Google Ads, and Affiliates) while also managing retention strategies through Email and other direct-to-customer channels. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of delivering measurable results through digital advertising, an in-depth understanding of media buying, and expertise in optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition & Paid Digital Media

  • Develop and execute a high-performing digital acquisition strategy across Paid Social, Display, Google Ads, Shopping, and Affiliate channels.
  • Optimize ad spend across all platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to maximize traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee affiliate marketing partnerships, growing and managing relationships with key partners to drive incremental revenue.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve performance across ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates, continuously testing new channels and tactics to drive growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

Retention & Owned Channels

  • Lead retention efforts through Email, SMS, and other owned media channels to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and maximize retention rates.
  • Work closely with the CRM manager to align paid and organic strategies for seamless customer journeys and to monitor automated workflows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, and post-purchase campaigns.
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience across all paid and owned channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with internal eCommerce & Marketing team to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Analytics manager to track and measure success, providing insights for ongoing optimizations.
  • Work with external media agencies and partners to execute high-impact digital campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Experience managing campaigns in the Canadian market
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven ability to scale acquisition campaigns profitably and drive high ROAS.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, retention strategies, and CRM.
  • Highly analytical, with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns.
  • Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the digital retail landscape.
