Position Overview:

The Bilingual Online Customer Service Representative will promote an excellent standard of service and a high level of Customer satisfaction as the ambassador of our Online Customer Service commitment. This will be achieved through successful and timely resolution of all Online Customer Service related matters.

This is a full-time position at our Montreal Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the Company’s ambassador of Customer Service and effectively respond to and resolve all questions, concerns and inquiries within 24-48 hours, to the satisfaction of the Customer (via email and phone)
  • Track, record and prioritize customers support issues based on urgency and impact and work with Management as necessary to expedite resolution of important customer impacting issues
  • Clarify and reiterate Customer Service policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective execution
  • Maintain a Customer Service tracking system and data base to monitor Customer Service concerns and identify ongoing issues along with solutions for improvement.
  • Through effective follow up and communication, reduce the number of Customer Service concerns on an ongoing and consistent basis
  • Handle all Customer inquiries/concerns/issues with curtesy and professionalism, at all times and under all circumstances.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and French

3-4 years of experience in Customer Service

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

Effective problem solving skills – resourceful and solution focused

Effective time management and organization skills

Detail oriented – works with a sense of completion and attention to detail
