We are looking for a dynamic District Manager to join our operational team overseeing multiple stores in the Quebec city, Montreal and rural areas of Quebec. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team of equally dedicated and passionate sales professionals. You must be sales and results driven, fully engaged in the business, incentive focused and prepared to do what it takes to get the job done. You are a leader who thrives on being the best and surpassing previous results with an “I can do better” attitude. You are motivated by success, get excited about opportunities and are always looking at ways to improve the business and inspire those who report to you.
Lead a team of success minded professionals committed to exceeding performance expectations
Manage sales and wage cost
Maximize district productivity while maintaining excellent standards of customer service
Identify, assess and capitalize on sales opportunities
Develop and coach a team to achieve their career goals and maximize the store’s performance
A business partner working closely with Visual, Loss Prevention, Human Resources, Buying and Marketing teams
A proven leader who can recruit and retain top talent
Do you have what it takes?
At least 1+ years of multi- store management experience or a minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a manager in a high-volume/flagship store within the retail industry
Proven success achieving sales and wage cost objectives
A highly competitive drive to be the top performer
A strategic thinker and problem solver
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
A valid provincial driver’s license and car
A proven and dedicated mentor and leader
