Position Overview: The Ecommerce Copywriter responsible for drafting and editing all product copy for online published items. They will ensure copy is brand appropriate and is in line with the Company’s style, tone and image.

Essential Job Functions

· Draft, edit and proof all website and e-com related copy

· Utilize language appropriate to our customers

· Ensure accuracy of description and web content

· Partner with appropriate departments to develop suitable descriptions and reading material

· Assist with Marketing copy as needed


· Post-secondary education in Communications or Writing

· Minimum of 2 years of copy writing, editorial and/or blogging experience

· Related Work Skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Effective time management and multitasking skills with a strong work ethic

· Ability to meet deadlines and works well under pressure

· Accuracy, creativity and great attention to detail are key skills

As a result of Covid-19, most of our employees presently work remotely. When required to attend the office, strict safety protocols are in place. We are currently utilizing a virtual hiring process and interview candidates by phone or Zoom/Teams.
