Position Overview:

The File Clerk position is responsible for data entry, faxing, filing and any other Payroll administrative duties as assigned.

Job Functions:

· Processing high volumes of data in an accurate & timely manner

· Identifying and reporting data issues

· Maintaining confidentiality of company and personnel information

· General office and administrative duties as required


· Previous data entry experience an asset

· Must be fluent in English, spoken and written

· High level of attention to detail & ability to follow direction

· Effective time management and organizational skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay Rate : $17.00 Per Hour

As a result of Covid-19, most of our employees presently work remotely. When required to attend the office, strict safety protocols are in place. We are currently utilizing a virtual hiring process and interviewing candidates by phone or Zoom/Teams.
