We are currently seeking results driven individuals for the position as Online Store Associate.

Responsibilities

  • Unload, sort and perform quality checks on merchandise received from vendors and place items into the correct locations for online order fulfillment
  • Verify paperwork for the E-Com merchandise received, processed and stocked to ensure an accurate inventory
  • Assemble customer orders, ensuring accuracy and proper packing
  • Ship out merchandise with an acute attention to detail
  • Process returns according to the Company’s policy (including partial delivery, missing items, returns, etc.)
  • Work with the E-Commerce Fulfillment Team to execute an efficient Returns and Cancellation process; ensuring customer satisfaction while protecting the business’ interests
  • Communicate with the E-Commerce Team regarding any order discrepancies, missing items, shipping and inventory issues
  • Assist the Store Manager in performing audits and checking stock for accuracy
  • Follow the Company’s NCO (Neat, Clean and Organize) policy in maintaining the merchandise and work space, including disposing of garbage, sweeping and general tidiness
  • Handle all customer inquiries/concerns/issues with courtesy and professionalism, at all times and under all circumstances
  • Clarify and reiterate customer service policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective execution
  • Troubleshoot problems to resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to corporate health and safety policy requirements that contribute to a safe work place

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma
  • Working knowledge of online retailing preferred
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Knowledge of general shipping and receiving procedures
  • Solid communication skills, both oral and written
  • High attention to details
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and perform at optimum levels
  • Must be well-organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may require evening and weekend shifts
