Role Summary:
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and managing content, fostering community engagement, and executing influencer and PR initiatives that align with the brand’s elegant and fashion-forward voice. This role blends creative content development, influencer collaboration, and strategic execution to enhance the brand’s social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management
- Curate and create content that tells the brand’s story on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, focusing on authenticity, customer engagement, and brand ethos.

- Plan and execute photoshoots and visual content creation ensuring alignment with the brand’s unique aesthetic and marketing goals.
- Coordinate logistics for photoshoots, including sourcing props, managing schedules, and collaborating with photographers and stylists.
- Assist in post-production, including photo editing, video creation, and graphic design for social media platforms.
- Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent posting across Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Influencer & PR Collaboration
- Scout, recruit, and manage influencers for campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxurious and trendsetting ethos.
- Foster relationships with influencers and media, handling communications, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
- Manage logistics for influencer product shipments, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor influencer campaigns and track performance metrics, providing insights to refine and optimize strategies.
- Community Engagement
- Engage with the brand’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, strengthening connections with followers.
- Consumer Review Program Management
- Set up and maintain our consumer review program using Bazaarvoice, ensuring customer feedback is effectively managed and leveraged.
- Coordinate style selection with Merchandising, Storytelling, Visual, and ECommerce teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and platforms.
- Provide input to the ECommerce team to optimize Bazaarvoice’s UGC shoppable features and integrate them seamlessly into the online shopping experience.
- Trend Research & Analytics
- Keep up with social media trends and emerging platforms, adapting strategies to resonate with the brand’s audience.
- Analyze campaign performance and social metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
