How you will make a difference:

As a Retail Internal Salesclerk you will be tasked with reconciling the sales data from the stores to bank files.

What You’ll Do:

· Reconcile banking for store deposits

· Correct audit errors and audit controls

· Investigate and correct store transaction processing errors

· Investigate and communicate all unreconciled bank deposits and missing deposits to appropriate recipients

· Reconcile weekly/ monthly reports

· Ensure any money taken out of store’s register is coded correctly!

· To reconcile cash/credit card discrepancies from the store’s nightly deposits

· To ensure all sales audit balance sheet accounts are reconciled at year end.

What You’ll Need:

· Cash register and till management experience

· Retail experience

· Knowledge of banking and account reconciliation

· Ability to analyze and problem solve.

· Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel

· High attention to detail

· Organized, and able to prioritize and multi-task.
