The Training Coordinator will offer training support and guidance to Management, including regular feedback on assigned training at store level. They will present training information using different techniques such as one-on-one training, role playing and completing training audits.

  • Ability to balance tasks with timeliness and efficiency, while demonstrating the ability to work with attention to detail and speed and urgency in a high productivity environment.
  • Completes administrative tasks with accuracy and ease such as record keeping, reporting, data analysis, updating training materials, tracking logs, calendars etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • Background in Retail Management
  • Proven record of effective training and team development
  • Strong knowledge of retail policies and procedures
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field
  • Bilingual (English and French) an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

*This position requires travel within Ontario and to Western Provinces*
